Cottage Cheese Wrapadilla

Food Trends nowdays are inclined to be "must-healthy" category for which we all are conditioned to think that it needs to taste normal or average. But correct ingredients and right amount of cooking can make your meals tastier and healthy both.
About this recipe, its a great source of protein, easy to make, and its absolutely delight in the mouth. We call it "Wrapadilla". You know something in between wrap and quesadilla.
COTTAGE CHEESE WRAPADILLA
Preparation Time: 30 mins Cooking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 45 mins
Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 Gehu Bhakri
1 tsp Red chilli sauce
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Mayonnaise
Processed cheese slice
1 tbsp rice bran oil
For filling:
1 small onion
1 or 2 green chillies (as per your taste)
Corainder leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corainder powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt as per your taste
Method
Begin by finely chopping one onion, green chilies (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness), and fresh coriander leaves.
Crumble the cottage cheese and combine it with the chopped onion, green chilies, and coriander.
Season the mixture with salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, indian garam masala, and turmeric powder. Thoroughly mix the ingredients to create your flavorful filling.
Get Gehu Bhakri from your refrigerator. Spread a moderate layer of red chili sauce, mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup evenly over the Bhakri.
Once the sauces are applied, place the prepared filling in a semi-circular arrangement on the Bhakri.

P.S If you have not spilled food all over the counter, it means you have not enjoyed the process.

Add chunks of processed cheese on top of the filling.
Seal the wrap by folding over the other half of the Bhakri to create a half-moon shape.
Heat a skillet or pan and drizzle some oil around the wrap. Cook one side over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes, then flip it and cook the other side for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Your delicious wrap is now ready to be enjoyed.
As cottage cheese, veggies and dry spices are still raw as they are heated within the bhakri and not directly -- so they still hold a lot of nutrtional value.
