Thats's what we call any recipe in India when experimented with egg.
Ghotala is originally a mix of omelette, scrambled egg and boiled egg, but this recipe is just an inspiration from it but quick and easy. It just need egg and dry spices and it tastes out of this world, therefore the name 'Ghotala'.
Ghotala Bhakri
Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 Gehu Bhakri
2 Eggs
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
Cheddar Cheese block
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Method:
1.Start by whisking eggs, and pour it into a hot pan to create two plain omelettes.

2. Get Gehu Bhakri from your refrigerator and place one omelette on each Bhakri.

3.Sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder evenly over the omelette.
4.Grate cheese onto the omelette, adjusting the amount to your preference.

5.Fold the Bhakri in a semi-circular shape, enclosing the omelette and cheese.
6.Heat a skillet or pan, and drizzle a bit of oil around the folded Bhakri. Cook it over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes on one side, then gently flip it and cook the other side for an additional 2 minutes until both sides turn golden brown.
7.Your delectable Ghotala Bhakri is now ready to be savored.
